Cal Tech Copier Inc. is particularly effective in providing service coverage in outlying or remote locations and will provide on site service agreements to companies who operate in these areas. Cal Tech Copier Inc. provides the assurance to Customers that their equipment will be treated with the same prompt attention and professional service regardless of physical locate. As part of the on site agreement the service includes coverage of all parts,labor and travel fees associated with the repair of any equipment failure. Cal Tech Copier Inc. also provides after hours service and the installation of consumables on a case-by-case basis, and will develop customized short term projects, such as upgrading equipment with new drivers or supporting equipment with new software, for Customers as well.
